Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the MOROK project collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect only what the website and servers need to work, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
- Steam data when you sign in: SteamID, nickname and avatar. We never see your Steam password — you sign in on Steam's own page.
- Game data on the servers: SteamID, nickname, connection IP address and in-game events (kills, deaths, chat messages, admin actions) — for anti-cheat, handling reports and the killfeed.
- Order data: number, items, server, amount and payment status. Card details are handled only by the payment provider.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type and request times in server logs, for security and protection against attacks.
- Support requests: what you write in Discord tickets or by email.
2. Why we use it
- To let you sign in and receive purchased items on the server.
- To show online status, the killfeed and player statistics.
- To keep the game fair and handle reports and appeals.
- To protect the website and servers from abuse and attacks.
- To meet legal requirements for payment records.
Legal bases: performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests (security, fair play) and legal obligations (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR).
3. Who receives it
- Valve (Steam) — for Steam sign-in.
- The payment provider — to process payments.
- The hosting provider — to host the website and servers.
- Discord — if you contact us through our Discord server.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Nicknames and game statistics may be publicly visible in the killfeed, leaderboards and on the website.
4. How long we keep it
- Sign-in session — up to 30 days or until you sign out.
- Server and website logs — up to 90 days.
- Order data — up to 3 years for accounting and disputes.
- Ban records — for as long as the ban applies.
5. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage. There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, so no consent is required.

You can delete cookies in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. Some data (orders, ban records) may be kept longer where the law or abuse prevention requires it.
To exercise your rights, email support@morok-dayz.com or open a ticket in Discord. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority of your EU country.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, sessions are signed with a cryptographic key, and only project administrators have server access.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
